At Khatala Pet Lodge we value all our customers. To ensure that your shopping experience runs smoothly, please read through the following terms and conditions before making any purchases.

No person under the age of 18 years of age may use this webpage or provide personal information without the consent from a parent or guardian.

Orders and Purchases

All orders and purchases made on this webpage are subject to the outlined Terms and Conditions, which may change without prior notice and at our discretion.

Ensure that you measure your pet for sizing and choose the correct product before placing an order as it cannot be altered or cancelled once you have passed the checkout point. Please notify us immediately if you have placed an incorrect order to ensure that we can rectify the order before processing.

No order will be posted before payment is cleared.

The shopping cart will indicate limited stock, or if stock is unavailable. In the unlikely event that this does not occur we will contact you for a revised delivery date, exchange for a similar priced item or refund.

Payment Method

We accept Visa or Mastercard as preferred payment method. Your privacy and safety of credit card details is of the utmost importance to us. To ensure this our checkout and account areas are secured using SSL technology. This is the most advanced security technology available and ensures that your credit card number and personal data is encrypted while being processed via the internet.

Shipping

Khatala Pet Lodge uses Australia Post for delivery of your goods. The cost of shipping is determined by the weight and destination of the package. Heavy packages or remote destinations may incur higher shipping fees; we will inform you of any increase in shipping cost.

When an order is received and payment cleared it is processed within 24 hours. Once dispatched, please allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery. Please note that if you purchase an item over a weekend or public holiday, your order will be posted the next business day.

Khatala Pet Lodge will not be held responsible and no damage compensation will be due in the event of any delays in delivery after a package has been dispatched with Australia Post.

Khatala pet Lodge will not be held responsible for damages to goods once received by Australia Post. If you would like to use Registered Post or insurance, please advise us and we will inform you of the cost.

Return and exchange

At Khatala Pet lodge we want you to be happy with your purchase. If, however you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us at info@khatalapetlodge.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your goods. In the unfortunate event that goods need to be returned, this should be done within 14 days of receiving the goods. All goods must be returned in the original packaging and condition and be unused. To ensure that the goods arrive safely at Khatala Pet Lodge it is best to register or insure the package. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping of returned goods. We will replace purchased products with similar products to the same value, or reimburse you. We do, however not reimburse the shipping fee; this remains the responsibility of the customer.

Goods received after 14 days, or goods not in the original, unused condition will not be accepted.
